TRACKING
Once your items are dispatched, you'll receive an email containing a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery. Please check your emails and spam folders for confirmations and tracking information and follow the estimated lead times below before getting in touch.
Prices are calculated at checkout depending on the weight of the parcel and location of delivery.
RETURNS
We don’t accept any return regrets, only if your product arrives damaged, we will send a replacement free of charge. To arrange this, please contact us at abantugiant@gmail.com for more info.
REFUND
We only offer refunds if the product is significantly delayed. Normal postage delays or customs hold-ups are not eligible. We may request the return of the product before issuing a refund, and we will cover the return shipping cost. If approved, we will issue a refund excluding fulfilment costs.
